We’re almost to the 24 countdown mark for our departure to NYC. I’m so in need of a vacay, booze and laughter. Not to mention toe taps!! Which should all be easily obtainable this weekend. Grandma and I are headed to visit Alyson in NYC for a couple days and then we’re off to visit SarahMac on Long Beach Island. Hoping to recreate the plethora of laughs we shared when we visited 5 years ago. Crazy how time flies.
I’m also secretly hoping that we might see this lamp again. It’s hands down the prettiest lamp I’ve ever layed eyes on…
In related news, I got a sweet new floppy straw hat to debut in NJ. You know, the large kind that has it’s own zip code. Hopefully Nana won’t make too much fun of me. I also hope that I’m able to make some additional progress on my tan and maybe shed the accidental Speedo tan lines I got over July 4th weekend. Oops.
There will undoubtably be many pictures and stories to share upon our return, so there’s a little somethin’-somethin’for you readers to live for in my absense. I’ll be thinking of you all in 2 hours when I officially start my 7 day vacation. Ciao suckers.
